His dissertation focuses on the literary and historical examination of the oaths of testimony and the oath of deposit as reflected in Tannaitic literature, under the supervision of Prof. Shlomo Naeh and Prof. Yair Furstenberg. His research sheds light on the development of rabbinic oaths, exploring their evolution within the broader context of legal and cultural practices in the ancient world. He has taught Talmud in various academic and non-academic institutions and participated in leading academic conferences. His work explores the interplay between social, legal, and cultural norms, with a particular interest in intercultural influences on the development of rabbinic law and thought.
